1.2 The website is designed, constructed, tested and published in collaboration between LSx and Solutions Four Impact Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as S4).
1.3 The website is sponsored as a project, called London Students Towards Sustainability, aiming to provide internship match making services in the Greater London
Area by UrbanBuzz, a University College London led programme in association with the prime partner of the University of East London.
1.4 These terms and conditions set forth hereunder supersede any other contract or agreement in association with the use of the website. No alteration or variation to
these terms and conditions shall be accepted, unless expressly agreed in writing by a director of LSx.
1.5 The website is designed and limited to companies or organisations in the sustainability sector to offer internships. Sustainability sector hereby collectively refers to
companies and organisations that implements considerable measures in environmental, social and economic aspects as the core business objective and value.
2. Acceptance
2.1 By using this website, all users are subject to a full agreement on the terms and conditions hereof.
2.2 Unless otherwise agreed between the employer and intern, all users shall be legally eligible to work, hire or provide services in the United Kingdom.
2.3 LSx reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions hereof at its absolute discretion whenever deemed necessary.
2.4 In case of any dissent to these terms and conditions, the user shall leave this website instantaneously or accept in acquiescence (implied consent) to be bond by
the terms and conditions hereunder.
3. Representation
3.1 LSx makes no representation of any user providing or using the information on the website and shall not be considered a collaborator with any user accessing or
using this website.
3.2 LSx by no means endorses or assumes any view, expresses any opinion or grants any permission to the information provided or exchanged through this website
by any user, including but not limited to the external website address links, uploaded documents, personal or company information and other information incurred

4.1 LSx, as a registered charity, provides this website gratis to users intending to offer or take internship positions.
4.2 As a gesture of good will, LSx may provide assistance in guiding users to register on the website when necessary or should difficulties in this regard arise.

Should any website dysfunction incur during the use of the website, complaints may be submitted to LSx via email address lisxadmin@lsx.org.uk.
LSx will consult with S4 to resolve the issue incurred thereafter.
4.4 LSx does not guarantee any internship matching result.
The matching result is solely subject to the judgment by and between registrants of this website.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 The registration information, including but not limited to the uploaded data and attachments, is subject to the responsibility of the user who provides such
information.
The aforesaid information as uploaded onto the website shall be true and accurate, without forming any sense of abuse, violence, offense, defamation, disruption,
obscenity or any other illegal or wrongful act.
The user who uploads the information to this website bears the duty of care to maintain the information up-to-date to keep it true and correct.
5.2 All users to this website are fully responsible for each of their own acts and dealings with other users, including but not limited to internship seekers, recruiters,
employers or agencies, and the consequences arisen thereafter.
5.3 In respect of any loss or liability incurred upon LSx as a result of the material or information provided by any user, such user shall be responsible for the incurred
indemnification.
6. Limitation of Liabilities
6.1 LSx waives the liabilities as laid out in Article 9 concerning disclaimer.
6.2 LSx does not assume any liability for any loss or damage of the website users as a result of the internship match making service
6.3 LSx shall not be responsible for any internship decision made through the website services, nor shall it be responsible for the dissolution of the internship

6.4 Any act of employers or interns at any workplace as advertised posterior to the internship match making system is out of the scope hereunder.
6.5 LSx reserves the rights to claim indemnification from website users as a result of the breach of terms and conditions hereof that may cause or have caused LSx
any loss or damage.
6.6 LSx will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred from the website corruption beyond LSx’s control.

10.1 LSx carries no liability should any failure of data uploading, downloading, keeping and updating occur when using the website.
10.2 LSx shall be exempted from any liability incurred from any website content corruption occurred by, including but not limited to, virus attack or infection, cookie
application abuse or misuse and other intentional or unintentional computer hacking acts.
