Key Points for Website Registration

•    Complete as much information as you can in the “About your company” field
•    Ensure you leave your contact information (email/phone) and company website URL address
•    Complete as much information as you can  the “Position Introduction/Objectives” field
•    When you create a position, please make sure you tick expected backgrounds, the preferred areas of
     interests for the positions and your organisational values. Select up to 5 choices for more tailored
     matches
•    If the position requires particular skills, such as familiarity with particular computer packages, please
     ensure these fields are completed
•    You may edit the position details subject to your needs later on
•    You may delete the position once it has been filled
•    You may create multiple positions
•    You may choose receive periodical notification of search results

Criteria selection

•    Backgrounds:
      - For an exact match, tick the precise or the closest academic backgrounds for your advertised position
      - For an approximate match, please tick up to 5 of the closest academic backgrounds for your advertised
        position
      - Please note that students are only able to select up to 3 options
•    Area of Interests:
      - For an exact match, please tick the precise or the closest areas of interests for your advertised position
      - For an approximate match, please tick up to 5 of the closest areas of interests for your advertised
        position
      - Please note that students are able to select up to 5 options
•    Organisation Values:
      - Please tick up to 3 options as this field affects the matching results

Contact details

•    Please ensure you state clearly
      - The contact person
      - Your contact email / phone number / address
      so that you don’t miss opportunities for good interns


Students

Key Points for Website Registration
•    Please sure your CV is uploaded – this will enable employers to get the fullest picture of your abilities
     once a match has been made
•    Please ensure you leave your contact information (email/phone) is clearly stated so that your potential
     employers can get in touch
•    Please ensure you complete all the fields that apply to you to maximise the matches you receive
•    Please ensure you complete the “Intention and Expectation” field (up to 3000 characters) – this
     enables you to demonstrate to a potential employer what you are looking for and what your motivation is
•    Please ensure your skills relevant to your interested fields and internship applications are clearly stated,
     such as computer skills, sustainability knowledge, environmental audit skills and so on
•    Please edit your profile and tick "Receive weekly update for new positions?" to get regular updates
•    Please ensure all information you have provided is true and correct

•    Organisation Values:
      - Please do tick up to 3 options as this field affects the matching result
